(29/9/00) ITEM! New rumblings about plans for a possible third season! Numerous correspondents have contacted Slayers East Central about this possibility, and while nothing is confirmed, signs seem positive. The official response to these communications reads:
We are currently in talks for a possible season
3. The network has committed its resources to other areas for the near
future, but Slayers East has a loyal following and the cast and crew
are keen to do more. Final decisions won't happen for a little while
yet, but stay tuned.
Thanks to Ash Skallicky for the tip.

ITEM! Latest word from our spies is
that the final two episodes will be a two-parter, the first two-parter
in the series' entire 14-episode run. It seems likely that the two parts
will resolve the ongoing mystery of who, or what, has been manipulating
events around Exeter.
ITEM! A new regular character is introduced
in Episode Six, "Big Town". "Big Town" was originally scheduled to broadcast
fifth, but its position was swapped due to scheduling difficulties. In
interviews, Morgan Davie has kept mum about the new character, saying
only that "she is a little bit older and a little bit edgier than the
other kids, and it will be a bumpy ride."

ITEM! Margie and Jenni have both gone on
record in numerous pre-season interviews that they are waiting for a summer
camp episode. Is it possible that Episode Seven's title"The Cabin"
means their wishes have been heard?
ITEM! Rumoured also is an unexpected guest
appearance in Episode Seven or Eight that might turn the world upside
down for one of the Slayers East! More news as it comes together!
