This website explains what game theatre is and what the Apocalypse event is all about. For still more information, contact us for a no- obligation registration pack, which will contain all the information you could want. Get a registration pack sent to you by contacting us. Why not ask for one right now? Apocalypse is a game-theatre weekend set in the world of the Aliens movies from 20th Century Fox. It is open to all interested people, and the organisers pledge to provide all the assistance necessary for any person to take part. Participants will improvise performances in the roles of survivors of a bleak future who gather together in response to a rallying cry issued by a mysterious religious order. Together, the performances of all the participants will build a fascinating story. Apocalypse will take place from the evening of Friday December 10 1999 to the evening of Saturday December 11 1999, with Sunday also available for further (still hush-hush) entertainment. The venue for Apocalypse is the Derby Lounge, a standalone building at the Trentham Racecourse in Upper Hutt. Team Apocalypse is currently in negotiation with the adjacent Central Institute of Technology to provide accommodation for those attending the Apocalypse Game Theatre event. For more information, send a stamped, self-addressed e-mail to info@apocalypse.gen.nz, or contact the main organiser, morgue@paradise.net.nz. Alternatively, physical mail can be sent to: PO Box 9115 ![]() ![]()
